The hotel had a convenient location near all the tourist spots while being close to Laguna Beach. The rooms were comfortable but were overpriced due to additional parking fees. The service was mostly friendly, but there was an issue with the shuttle service. The dining experience was enjoyable with a highlight on the omelets. Some facilities were excellent, but there was room for improvement in pricing.
